Effective September 16, 2026. This notice explains how FORMERA handles information submitted through this website and released through client project visibility.
When you submit a production brief, we receive the contact, company, project, procurement and destination information you provide, together with any attachment you choose to upload. Source or campaign parameters may be recorded when you arrive through a tracked link.
We record page paths, referring source, campaign tags, device category, country code supplied by our hosting platform and approximate engagement time. We use a temporary session identifier and do not store your IP address in the analytics record.
For an active project, FORMERA may issue a project number and separate access key. The access key is stored as a cryptographic hash rather than readable text. A successful project access may update the last-accessed time. The client view contains only the project status, milestone, approved update and released links selected for that project; internal costs, supplier records and factory management information are not returned.
We use submitted information to evaluate your request, communicate about the potential project, prepare engineering or production follow-up and maintain internal business records. Analytics helps us understand which pages and project topics are useful. We do not sell submitted project information.
Briefs, attachments and operational records are stored in the website's protected server environment. Access to the operations workspace requires an authorized account. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure, so do not submit export-controlled data, payment-card information or account passwords.
We retain project information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, support a business relationship and meet operational or legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, use the project form and state “Privacy request” in the project context until the company email address is published.
Business email and social channels are connected only after the relevant company accounts and privacy settings are approved. This site does not claim those services are connected before they are enabled.
